Question Regarding Account - Guild Wars Forums

Well, to begin with, this is not my issues but my girlfriend's. However she doesnt have an account here so I just ask it for her.

My girlfriend and I buy all three chapter of Guild Wars. My girlfriend has 3 chapters, all of them are standard editions.

The strange thing happens today. When she log on her account, she discover that her Nightfall has changed into Nightfall collector edition

. And then I check the access keys on the Account Info for her.... and it shows that she got Nightfall Collector Edition.

Her account now can use the signature dance, have a mini varesh ready to be picked up. Anyway, I told her not to touch anything related to the collector edition till everything is clear.

Any of you here has the same issue? To me it's not a good sign when your standard account turns into collector edition..... it's just ....weird.

And .....what should we do now?

I just read a thread about this a few minutes ago.
Only thing I see as an issue is exactly how it happened. Don't think anyone knows yet.
You could send a ticket to support and ask them.
